current events taking place at each of the brand’s seven properties,
allowing guests to make informed choices regarding their vacation
experiences. The Palace Resorts’ application contains functions that
were designed to elevate vacation experiences for guests and deliver
detailed information about all the benefits that are involved with the
unmatched resort credit promotion. The app is divided into different
sections including weddings, golf, upgrades, tours, spa and beauty
parlor, selected items and special dinners. Through this app, guests
will not only be able to review the status of all their transactions,
but they will also be able to check their remaining resort credit
balances. Additionally, the application offers a complete list of
products and services that are included in this promotion, which will
vary per property. Each individual offering listed will have a
description, cost, recommendations, photo gallery, video and FAQs. Once
an activity is reserved and paid through the resort credit or room
charge, the application will facilitate guests with an agenda of all the
scheduled activities by date and time.
